Video Wordpress themes

So your looking to develop a .TV or two? Why not set yourself up a Wordpress video site and embed content from one of the many video sites out there. In my opinion there are some good .TV domain still to be registered. Take a look at Dinghy .TV which took very little time to set up. This domain would get zero revenue from parking but the possibilities are endless with this easy development.

Here are some of the templates I have found in my search:

Free Video Templates

Video theme – Has no sidebar and would be more suitable to a vlog. Looks good though.

Videographer – No support but great free video template. Clean and simple.

Premium Video Templates

Woo Tube – Simple good looking design however no captions on the homepage so not so good for SEO. Easy to use if you just want to plug video in.

Price – $70 also a 2 for 1 offer currently available.

Groovy Video – Cinema style theme better for SEO than WooTube.

Price = $70 2 for 1 available.

Elite Video – A premium theme from Elite by Design. Has a larger main video viewing slider than other themes.

Price = $50 single use, $125 developer license

Video Flick – A Press 75 video theme for wordpress. The theme has 2 color options (dark and light). I prefer the light version. This is a very professional looking theme!

Price = $75 single use, $275 unlimited themes

Video Elements – A clean theme with 2 different layout options.

Price = $75 single use, $275 unlimited themes.

TV Elements – Has a sliding navigation system on the right hand side which may be difficult to use. Again has light and dark colour options.

Price = $75 single use, $275 unlimited themes.

On Demand – Has a seperate non video blog that can run alongside the vlog. Easy upload of thumbnails and videos.

Price = $75 single use, $275 unlimited themes.

My Video Blog – The theme I used on Dinghy.tv. Cheap theme and 4 different color options. Easy to setup with good PDF guide.
